Thank you to all the folk at Bracklesham Bay who raised money for Daisy's dream. Gary.

Our son, Gary, to celebrate his 40th birthday will be running the London Marathon on April 25th. 2010.
He will be running for "Daisy's Dream" a Berkshire based charity which helps bereaved children both before and after a family death . There are thousands of children bereaved during a year and this worthwhile charity helps the children of Berkshire and around to come to terms and carry on a normal life.
Please follow the link below to see his progress and If anyone would like to make a donation it would be much appreciated by Gary and the children .

February 20th - What a great show we had with STEVE CHERELLE. Along with the favourite John Denver songs Steve sang a super selection of songs for us and kept the dancers happy. He has promised some Old Time Waltzes for next time!! For many it was the first time they had heard the "Radio Essex" man and I know, by the end of the evening, he had many new fans. Apologies for not having any photos and for this report being late but we shot off on holiday next day. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!! Anyway thanks again Steve, you were great. We look forward to the next time.

Valentine's Weekend - another outstanding success at South Downs Holiday Village Bracklesham Bay. One big happy family set to enjoy themselves with good country & Irish music, excellent accommodation and food and, above all, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. From the moment they arrived at the coffee, tea and cake reception to the end with Shawn Cuddy singing "The Way Old Friends Do" a whole host of folk from many different parts of the country made new friends. A charity raffle for two free places next February was won by first timer, Brian Digby, from High Wycombe and raised £750.00. This was donated between the Marie Curie Foundation, Daisy's Dream and McMillan Nurses. Can we please thank you all for your wonderful support and looking at the number - almost 200 - who have rebooked for the Christmas Cracker weekend in October we know how much you enjoyed it .
